Service Spotlights
I provide comprehensive support throughout the adoption journey. My services are designed to meet the unique needs of adoptive families and birth parents.
At Growth Through Grace, LLC, I provide supervised visitation for families navigating custody arrangements, court orders, or times of transition. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I facilitate visits in a neutral public place to ensure safety, comfort, and a supportive environment for all.
Traditional therapy fits into a strict 50-minute weekly box, but acute stress, executive burnout, and parenting challenges rarely wait for your scheduled appointment time.
To bridge this gap, I offer a highly exclusive Concierge Mental Health & Parenting Support Framework. By capping my active concierge client list at just 8 clients, I ensure deeply personalized, unhurried care at all times. This model is uniquely designed for professionals, high-performing individuals, and parents who need real-time, in-the-moment guidance for navigating complex moments, whether personal or family-related.
With high-access support, I’m available via secure text, email, or brief phone check-ins every day from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. When you reach out—whether you're processing a sudden stressor, prepping for a high-stakes meeting, managing a parenting dilemma, or celebrating a win—you can expect a direct response from me within 90 minutes. If you’re dealing with a child’s meltdown or challenging behavior, you can also reach out for immediate, actionable discipline ideas, behavior decoding, and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) tools tailored to your situation.
To keep this model both effective and ethical, healthy boundaries are key. Messages sent after 7:00 PM are answered the following morning. Concierge access is for real-time coaching and consultation, not emergency response; psychiatric or safety crises should always go to 988 or local emergency services. My frequent contact with clients is designed to help you integrate skills and strategies into your real life, always aiming to develop your self-reliance and long-term growth rather than foster dependency.
This premium service is available strictly on a private-pay, monthly retainer basis and begins with an initial clinical consultation.
"Empower one life and watch their world transform."
About Me
Hello! My name is Jacki Lorio, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over nine years of experience serving Louisiana families, children, and individuals through life’s many transitions. My work—whether in therapy, parenting and family support, adoption, or supervised visitation—is rooted in compassion, clarity, and the belief that everyone is capable of healing and growth.
Professional Experience
My career began with the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), where I served for 7-years as a foster care worker and child protection investigator. This experience gave me deep insight into the needs, strengths, and complexities facing families and children in challenging circumstances. I later served as the Grief Program Manager at The Retreat at Quarters Lake—developed by The Hospice of Baton Rouge—where I helped transform a new facility into a thriving grief center for children and adults. I designed and implemented programs, specialized groups, and a curriculum for a children’s grief summer camp (ages 6–17).
Therapeutic Approach
My approach is trauma-informed and client-centered, drawing on Trust-Based Relational Intervention™ (TBRI®), creative therapeutic techniques, and flexible, evidence-based strategies. Whether supporting a child navigating loss, a parent facing everyday struggles, or individuals needing high-access, personalized care, I strive to meet each client with trust, collaboration, and practical guidance.
Education
I earned my bachelor's degree from Southeastern Louisiana University and my master's degree from Louisiana State University. My client-centered, holistic approach ensures a safe space for exploring emotions and developing effective coping strategies.
Private Practice
Whatever you are facing—personal healing, adoption, family transitions, or a need for real-time concierge support—I am committed to creating a safe, respectful space where you feel heard and empowered to create lasting change.
